GUITAR & BASS ROUNDTABLE TEASER 5: MICHELLE SHOCKED

Shocked to see Miss Shocked? Well you shouldn’t be, because this feature isn’t just about sessions men and shredders (of both sexes), it’s about a singer-songwriter’s connection to his/her guitar; except in this case, the singer-songwriter is picker-poet, Michelle Shocked. Not one to get too into the “geek” talk, we got more out of the priestess of protest than she thought she’d give. She’s got some valuable technique talk for you. We also talked about her new album, Soul of My Soul, and a couple of songs that reflect her love of gospel and her devotion of prayer, and how her method of payer inspired a couple of songs.
